By day, she serves as a national expert on health and fitness, writes books and articles for national magazines and, when time permits, makes guest appearances on the television morning talk shows. But in her down time, Liz likes to spend time with her young daughter and running, rock climbing or hiking with her husband. With a master's degree in exercise physiology, Liz can go on and on about regular exercise. But she also sees the important role supplements play in the lives of her fitness students.
