Are You an AlphaWELL?

AlphaWELLs score very well within all categories. AlphaWELLs are extremely proactive and meticulous about their overall health and well-being.

Are You a WELL?

WELL Members have good scores across the board, especially within the three pillars of healthy eating, dietary supplements and regular exercise. WELLs are focused on and proactive about their overall health and well-being.

Are You a WannabeWELL?

"WannabeWELL" members tend to score below average in a couple of areas or low areas across the board. WannabeWELLs often try to live a healthy lifestyle, but don't always follow through.

Are You a OhWELL?

On the low end of our scale you will find the OhWELLs. They score below average in nearly every aspect of a healthy wellness regimen. With this group, simple changes can make significant improvement.
